Having completed its first four condominium township projects all in Quezon City, leading affordable condominium developer PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation (Phinma Properties) has started this ambitious project – this time in the southern portion of Metro Manila.
In an expansive 3.1-hectare lot in Sucat, Parañaque, Phinma Properties’s Fountain Breeze is envisioned as a master planned community akin to the modern townships in Singapore.
It consists of medium and high-rise condos and single-attached townhouse units, commercial spaces, parking buildings and other modern amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball courts and gym.
Phinma President & CEO Willie J. Uy said in a previous interview, “Phinma Properties even hired a master planner with extensive experience in Singapore townships to do the design of Fountain Breeze. Take note that we are doing three types of buildings in this one project – the medium-rise, the high-rise, and the townhouse buildings. These three types of cluster developments will come together in a masterplanned community complete with amenities.”
After positioning itself as a leader in affordable medium-rise condominium development – probably the only one in its league to be able to offer condominium units conveniently located in the Metropolis at a pre-selling price range of P500,000 to P800,000, Uy said that its projects including Sucat’s Fountain Breeze target the upper and lower B, and upper C markets.
According to Phinma Properties Assistant Vice President for Marketing and Design Grant Orbeta, Fountain Breeze will consist of four high-rise buildings (totaling 1,194 units); four medium-rise walk-up buildings (493 units); and 29 townhouses. This is the first time that Phinma Properties is introducing its high-rise a.k.a. elevator series comprising six, and eight and eleven story buildings equipped with elevators; whereas its usual medium-rise condominiums are five-story w
